Total quantity or scope: : The major equipment sub-systems are likely to consist of the following:a) A radar system to enable the monitoring and tracking of vessels transiting the waters surrounding Gibraltar.b) A visual system to enable the monitoring and tracking of vessels transiting the waters surrounding Gibraltarc) Vessel Tracking Services (VTS) System - hardware and software.d) Integrated communication system.e) Equipment integration.f) A five year support package with an option for a further five.g) A Training Needs Analysis (TNA).h) Production and delivery of a Train the Trainer (T3) package meeting the needs of the TNA.Supply and install to be completed by Q4 2017.Companies shall note that on-site installation, testing, maintenance and repairs and remotely accessed maintenance and repairs, can only be undertaken by security cleared (SC as a minimum) individuals.The lack of security clearance will not be used as down-selection criteria during the PQQ and should not deter companies from completing the PQQ or submitting bids if successful at PQQ, because security clearance can be sought within the timescales of this procurement. However, it will be a condition of the Contract that approval is obtained.Estimated value excluding VAT: Range: between 4 500 000 and 10 000 000 GBP
