Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The works consist of replacement, extension, maintenance, reinforcement or removal of vertical signaling equipment. This framework agreement derogates from the principle of exclusivity. The client reserves the right, throughout the duration of the contract, to use third parties for certain types of work planned. to this framework agreement. Independently of this framework agreement, contracts with adapted procedures may be launched, as well as negotiated procedures without competitive bidding when the project owner is able to use them. This clause could be used for services less than 10, 000 euro(s) excluding tax within the limit of a total cumulative annual amount not exceeding 10% of the maximum annual amount provided for by this framework agreement. This principle of non-exclusivity may apply when the holder of the lot will not be able to provide the service ordered (failure), or even within the framework of the overall operation. By impossibility of performing the services, we must understand any difficulty encountered by the holder putting him in the inability to meet the needs formulated by the contracting authority. In such a case, the holder informs the project owner in writing. The holder will not be able to make any claim in this regard.
