1. The subject of the order is the provision of a comprehensive vertical signage service, including maintenance, upkeep and installation of vertical signs in the city of Ustka in 2025. 2. The subject of the order includes: 2.1. maintenance and upkeep of the existing one vertical markings, 2.2. replacement and installation of new vertical markings in the estimated quantity specified in the Price Form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, 2.3. performance of commissioned services related to the subject of the order, in an approximate number of man-hours specified in the Price Form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. The required minimum quality warranty period for the installation of new vertical markings is 24 months (without acts of vandalism).4. Required maximum lead time for repairing or replacing damaged items vertical marking elements: up to 8 hours.5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor and subcontractors to employ, under employment contracts, people performing maintenance and upkeep of the existing signage, as well as replacing and installing new vertical signage.
