Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) contract of 01(one) RCC Frame Structure Building Construction including Internal EM Works, Supply & Installation of Sub-Station successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) lakh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) lakh over the last 05 years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred &Twenty) lakh.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 325.00 (Three Hundred & Twenty-Five) lakh.6. Up-to -date trade license, TIN & VAT registration, tax certificate, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People-s Republic of Bangladesh for E/M work etc must be submitted.7. Tenderer must submit all necessary documents according to the Notice, TDS & PCC of this tender document. 8. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will e accepted in this regard.
