Tender Details

Preventive and curative maintenance concerns the following devices: fire extinguishers, RIA, dry columns, natural and mechanical smoke extraction installations (not connected to the SSI), hydrants and sandboxes. This is a single-award market at prices mixed, with a part at a global and fixed price DPGF for preventive maintenance and a part ordered at BPU unit prices for curative maintenance. The BPU's one-off services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum with maximum of 215, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, all renewals included, in application of article R2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are broken down into 2 geographical lots: 06/83. The contract is concluded for a period closes from 07/25/2026, or a later date following the date of notification, until 07/31/2027.
