Tender Details

1. Purpose and context The purpose of this contract is the verification, compliance and certification of electrical installations in housing belonging to the contracting authority. This market falls within the framework of regulatory obligations imposed by the RGIE, as well as in the asset management policy aimed at guaranteeing the safety of occupants and the conformity of technical installations. The services concern occupied and unoccupied housing, spread across the entire park. of the contracting authority. 2. Description of services The contract includes, without this list being exhaustive: • Carrying out a technical diagnosis of existing electrical installations, • Identifying non-conformities with regard to the RGIE, • Execution of the necessary compliance work, • Establishment of single-line and position diagrams, • Carrying out regulatory measures, • Coordination and monitoring of control by an approved body, • And obtaining a report of favorable control. The services include all supplies, labor, equipment and means necessary for their proper execution. 3. Duration of the contract The contract is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year from its notification.
