Pavilion Corporation Located in: Vancouver (BC) FNHA intends to directly award a contract to Vancouver Convention Center (VCC) DBA B.C. Pavilion Corporation for the following services of up to three (3) years with the possibility of two (2) - one (1) year extensions starting January 05, 2026. Services: The Contractor shall provide the following services: • Venue space for 1, 000+ attendees in a single plenary room • Stage setup with integrated audio-visual equipment • Support for cultural protocols and live performances • Event logistics and on-site coordination • Accessibility-compliant facilities Vendors who wish to formally challenge this decision must submit a detailed written objection addressed to Telie Mathiot by email to FNHA.contracts@fnha.ca before Friday, January 9th, 2026 at 14:00 PST.
