The National Nutrition Council invites interested parties to bid for the meeting venue, facilities and services for Association-s meeting of NAOPA, DCNPCAP and LuzViMin Federation, Inc. on 26-29 March 2019 preferably a hotel in Metro Manila for at least 52 pax estimated at P1, 800.00 per pax with the following specifications:
Twin sharing room for 52 live-in pax
Check-in: March 26 - first meal; lunch
March 27-28 - full meals (with function rooms; 1 for each group)
Check-out: March 29 - after breakfast
Live-out - 2 pax inclusive of meals and snacks for 2 days
Terms of Payment-Send bill
Prospective bidders must submit Philgeps Certificate of Registration
Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) - P284, 000.00
