A. Meals requirement for three (3) days for 21 pax:
- Day 1 (AM Snack, Buffet Lunch, PM Snack, and
Buffet Dinner)
- Day 2 (AM Snack, Buffet Lunch, PM Snack, and
Buffet Dinner)
- Day 3 (AM Snack, Buffet Lunch, and PM Snack)
* With free flowing coffee and tea during the entire
duration of event
B. Accomodations:
The service provider shall provide room
accommodations for 21 pax during the duration of the
activity (October 22-24, 2025), with the following minimum
requirements:
1.Guaranteed air-conditioned room, with basic hotel room
facilities including but not limited to: beddings, cable
television, telephone system, WiFi access, closet, safety
deposit box, mini refrigerator, toilet and bath with
replenishment of bath towels and toiletries for each guest
upon request; hot and cold shower water supply; power
source; and complimentary breakfast and bottled water
