Vehicle transportation services - THE CONTRACT OF: TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FOR STUDENTS DEPENDENT OF EMPLOYEES AT THE CAÑAVERAL RIO LINDOSE HYDROELECTRIC PLANT IS REQUIRED TO CONSIDER THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS CALENDAR AND AMONG THE MAIN REASONS FOR REQUIRING THE SERVICE ARE: BY NOT HAVING THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, THE STUDENTS CHILDREN OF THE EMPLOYEES INSTALLED IN THE PLANT CAMP ARE FORCED TO MOBILE BY THEIR OWN MEANS THE EDUCATIONAL CENTERS LOCATED IN THE COMMUNICATION OF CAÑAVERAL AND PEÑA BLANCA, CORTES DO NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE VEHICLE AND IN CONDITION FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTSSM THE VEHICULAR FLEET OF THE CAÑAVERAL-RIO LINDO UNIT IS USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE MOBILIZATION OF EMPLOYEES WHO PERFORM MAINTENANCE WORK ON CIVIL STRUCTURES AND GENERATING UNITS THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IS A BENEFIT OF THE WORKERS INDICATED IN THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO CLAUSE 44 TRANSPORTATION OF WORKERS, NUMBER 1 SECTION E) WHICH LITERALLY SAYS: BY BUS TO THE SECONDARY AND PRIMARY STUDENTS DEPENDENT OF THE WORKERS AND RESIDENT IN THE CAÑAVERAL CAMP WHO STUDY AT THE SCHOOL OR SCHOOL OF CAÑAVERAL AND PEÑA BLANCA.
