In the competition, the overall economic advantage is used as the selection criterion, which is based on the cheapest price. The comparison price is obtained based on the estimated quantities of transfers made during the contract period. In the tender documents the presented quantities are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. The tenderer must give a price for all procurement items and only one tenderer will be selected as the service provider. The one with the lowest price is chosen as the service provider provider. The duration of the contract period is 24 months. The estimated start date of the contract period is June 1, 2026.
