The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of September 24, 2019. The ABC is a‚1/2198, 000.00:
-c One (1) lot Vehicle Rental in Tarlac and vicinity
- September 30, 2019 - October 11, 2019
- 5, 500 pesos per car per day
- Three (3) Car Rental with driver (gas included)
- Cities/Municipalities of Tarlac, Conception, Capas, Bamban, Victoria, La Paz, San Jose, Mayontoc, Santa Ignacia, San Clemente, Camiling, Moncada, Paniqui and Gerona
- September 30, 2019 alotted for pick up from Quezon City to Tarlac City
- October 11, 2019 alloted trip from Tarlac City to Quezon City
- Vehicles are good for thirteen (13) hours per day
- Preferably SUV/Pickup
- Drivers must bring their own meal during the entire duty
- Quoted amount is tax inclusive
- Accommodation of drivers is not included nor provided
