VEHICLE IMPOUNDING SERVICES FOR THE NEEDS OF THE CITY OF ISTRES The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code of public order. The contract is awarded according to the purchasing technique of the framework agreement with single-award purchase orders without minimum and with maximum in application of articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Order Code public of April 1, 2019. There are no plans to break it down into lots or tranches, as allotment is likely to make execution of the contract technically difficult and financially more costly. The deal is concluded for a initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. It may be expressly renewed 3 times without the total duration exceeding 4 years.
