The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order to a small business concern. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a size standard of $19 million. In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) FAR12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Joint Base LewisMcChord (MICC-JBLM) intends to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision and non-personal services necessary to perform maintenance on five (5) vehicle gates that require quarterly maintenance to ensure 24/7 operation of the gates. The scope encompasses a cyclic quarterly maintenance schedule designed to identify, mitigate, and repair wear-and-tear before catastrophic failure occurs. The Contractor shall execute these services in strict accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 325 safety standards, and applicable Department of Defense (DoD) physical security regulations on the vehicle gates. The Period of Performance will be for a Base Year and four (4) Option Years.
