5.1. The subject of the order is the supply of vegetables and fruit. 5.2. Common order dictionary: CPV: 15300000-1 - Fruit, vegetables and similar products, 03220000-9 - Vegetables, fruit and nuts, 0322100-6 Vegetables, 5.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description required by the Ordering Party in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: 5.3.1. Description of the subject of the order - assortment and price form, Appendix No. 1 to SWZ 5.3.2. Draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 2 to SWZ 5.4. The assortment and price form constitutes the content of the offer and cannot be supplemented. Failure to submit the product and price form will have negative consequences for the Contractor in the form of rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.5.5. The description of the subject of the order and the proposed provisions of the contract should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of the responses to the Contractors' inquiries.5.6. Maximum deadline deliveries within 2 business days, no more than twice a week from the date of placing the order, during the Ordering Party's working hours from 07:00 to 14:00.5.7.
