Tender Details

The tasks and performance of this agreement shall cover are: Keep member register and member data up-to-date and communicate changes of contact persons to the members. Prepare annual reports for VBT's activities. Update and maintain vbt ́s strategic plan as needed. Undertake VBT's financial functions and keep accounts for VBT ́s activities (see separate point). Keep an archive for VBT in such a condition that others can be left over in the event of a change of board secretary/general manager. Keep an overview of any new municipalities that can be invited to the forum.1.2 VBT's Meeting Secretary/General Manager shall prepare and participate in VBT's assemblies: Annual Meeting at the end of February/March, duration 1 day. Summer meeting, normally in mid June with duration 3 days. Board meetings, normally 4 day meetings per annum.
