Project Description:Visit Belfast requires ongoing experienced, qualified and specialist HR support to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and the adoption of best practice in all HR related matters. This includes assistance with health, wellbeing and retention policies processes and plans. Such support is essential to preserve a strong and productive workforce, foster good employee relations, support staff retention and mitigate the risk of expensive litigation.
