Group 1 Group 2 Group 3 Group 4 The purpose of the customer is to acquire a partner, which can be used to ensure the safety and condition of the glass balcony railings and the glass railings of the balcony corridors of the VAV Group's properties. The scope of the procurement is described in the attached documents. There are a total of 44 objects under inspection, with 2786 apartments. The properties are owned by VAV Asunnot Oy, VAV Palvelukodit Oy and VAV Yhtymä Oy. The destinations are located on different sides of the city of Vantaa. There are destinations divided into four (4) groups. The offer can be given to all or part of the groups. The comparison basis for the order is the total price per group. Invoicing takes place per item based on the offer table filled out by the operator. The inspection is done by following "Recommendations and instructions of the Capital Region's building inspectorate on inspections of glass railings on balconies" (appendix 2) and instructions on the RT 103757 card. For each object, an inspection report is prepared for the customer, which presents the result of the inspection of each glass railing and suggested follow-up actions. The contract complies with KSE 2013. The charging basis for the assignment is the total fee. The assignment does not cover: "5.4 Special compensations", "5.5 Expenses" (such as e.g. possible lifting expenses) and "5.6 Travel expenses and travel time allowances" but they must be included in the offer price.
