The operation includes interior transformation, the repair of the envelope, energy sanitation and extension by raising of the current building of advanced age (known as B20 or HPAA).
This restructuring will accommodate 3 entities:
- The addiction medicine service (SMA, 23 beds) which brings together the services of the CHUV relating to the management of addictions, with and without substances (alcohol, drugs, drugs, other psychotropic drugs, excessive game, cyberaddiction).
- Two units of general adult psychiatry (PGE, 2 x 17 beds), as well as a possible 3rd unit (validation to be confirmed).
-A secure rehabilitation establishment for adults (ERS, 19 beds) which will offer care to patients placed under therapeutic measurement by a court.
The building has already been the subject of several successive studies.

The project will be developed in BIM.
