The intent of this RFP is to obtain multi-year pricing for the supply and delivery of the following road construction equipment: Package A - Rubber Tired Asphalt Paver (Total Cost of Ownership Contract) with Trade- In Option Package B - Large Asphalt Cold Planer (Total Cost of Ownership Contract) with Trade-In Option Package C - Mid Size Asphalt Cold Planer (Total Cost of Ownership Contract) Package D - Combination Asphalt Roller Package E - Rubber Tired Self-Propelled Wobbly Compactor with Trade-In Option Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: •Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement •Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement •Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
