Various repairs of CSTRC facilities-Typhoon UWAN damages
1) The Department of Health-Camarines Sur Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-CSTRC), through the Quick response fund-continuing appropriation (Special purpose fund) intends to apply the sum of Four million pesos (P4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Various repairs of CSTRC facilities-Typhoon UWAN damages. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH-CSTRC now invites bids for Various repairs of CSTRC facilities-Typhoon UWAN damages. Completion of the Works is required One hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
