Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR VARIOUS PRINTER CONSUMABLES
ITB No.: 2026-VPC-100
1) The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the GoP intends to apply the
sum of Three Million Three Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixty
Nine Pesos and 84/100 Only. (PhP3, 383, 369.84). being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Various Printer Consumables. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) working days.
Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
