Various Printed Books for NORSU Guihulngan Campus
1) The Negros Oriental State University-Bids and Awards Committee, through the STF-Fiduciary FY2026 intends to apply the total sum of Four Million Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos Only (Php 4, 399, 893.00) for the items below being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each item under the project “Various Printed Books for NORSU Guihulngan Campus”. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Negros Oriental State University now invites bids for the abovementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
