Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES OF DIFFERENT OFFICES
1) The Municipality of Miagao, through the Account Number 1061-5-02-03-010, Budget Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos (P 583, 320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Various Office Supplies of Different Offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Miagao now invites bids for Various Office Supplies of Different Offices. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) working days. Bidders should have completed, at least twelve (12) months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
