Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 4 (Four) years.The minimum specific experience under public sector of insulation works of at least Tk 25, 00, 000 (Twenty-Five Lac only) under maximum 2 contract(s) over a period of 3 years shall be required.The required average annual turnover shall be at least Tk 25, 00, 000 (Twenty-Five Lac Only) over the best 3 years in the last 5 years. Annual financial and Audit report of the company or payment certificate to be submitted in support of criteria.The minimum amount of credit line/ liquid asset is Tk 30, 00, 000 (Thirty Lac Only) supported by Bank-s commitment letter or bank statement to be submitted as per instructions mentioned in TDS.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a) Valid and updated trade license, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate or or proof of submission of Income Tax Return of FY 2024-25 b) Any other document that are required by the law of GoB to fulfil the supply and service.
