Description : 1.The LGU- Bakun, through the 2024 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of P 699, 350.20 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS UNDER CLUSTER G-2024, BAGU, BAKUN, BENGUET / Project Numbers 19-2024 and 20-2024 ( Construction of Caang Catwalk shed, Bagu, Bakun, Benguet= 299, 710.28 and Improvement along Gong-ol-Maliteng FMR Phase II, Bagu, Bakun, Benguet= 399, 639.92). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU-Bakun now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 47 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
