Description : 1. The LGU-BAKUN, through the 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum P 999, 992.46 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS UNDER CLUSTER E-2026, BAGU, BAKUN, BENGUET/ Project No. 39-2026 ands 40-2026 ( Improvement along Tuangan to lanas FMR (Benggekan Portion)= 499, 996.27and Construction of Aladog Drainage Canal, Bagu, Bakun, Benguet = 499, 996.19 ). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-BAKUN now invites bids for VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS UNDER CLUSTER E-2026, BAGU, BAKUN, BENGUET. Completion of the Works is required 61 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
