The Bids and Award Committee (BAC) of the Barangay Government of Camp 3, Tuba, Benguet, invites interested and qualified contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractor Accreditation Board (PCAB) and a PhilGEPS registered to bid for the hereunder contracts funded under CY 2019 Annual Budget. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening od bid.

2. Availability and Issuance of Bidding Documents : November 22, 2019 - December 12, 2019
3. Pre-Bid Conference : November 28, 2019 at 1:00 P.M.
4. Deadline of submission of Eligibility and Bid Docs : December 12, 2019 at 9:30 A.M.
5. Opening of Bid Documents : December 12, 2019 at 10:00 A.M.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act.-
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship's, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Camp 3, Western Saddle, Philex Mines, Camp 3, Tuba, Benguet and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given from 8:00 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders upon payment of the applicable and non-refundable fee to the Barangay Treasurer.
Barangay Camp 3 will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 28, 2019, 1:00 P.M. at the Multipurpose Hall, Camp 3 Proper, Tuba, Benguet which shall be open to prospective bidders.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address stated on or before December 12, 2019, 9:30 am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Camp 3 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
