Varia currently organizes vocational training at four locations: Hiekkaharju, Koivukylä, Myyrmäki and Aviapolis. In the future, teaching activities will be concentrated in three locations: Hiekkaharju, Vehkala and to Tikkurila's competence campus. VTK Kiinteistöt Oy owns all three sites and acts as the entity responsible for project development and construction. After the renovation, the Hiekkaharju site has spaces for a total of 1, 540 students.
