Elvera Oy (hereinafter the "Customer") acquires vans and related aftermarket services. The act on acquisitions and concession agreements of units operating in the field of water and energy supply, transport and postal services applies to the procurement. (hereinafter "Special Sector Procurement Act", 1398/2016). As a result of the tender, a framework arrangement formed by several suppliers in accordance with Section 45 of the Special Fields Procurement Act is formed for the customer. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas: Small vans (3-4.9 m³), 2-4 suppliers Medium vans (5-7.9 m³), 2-4 suppliers Large vans (8-20 m³), 2-4 suppliers SUV AWD vehicle N1 class, 2-4 suppliers Pickup trucks (chassis models), 2-4 suppliers Pick-up trucks, 2-4 supplierA bidder can offer part of the vehicle categories, but it must offer at least two (2) of the vehicle categories mentioned above. The contract period begins when both parties have signed the framework agreement. The framework agreement is valid first for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which the contract will continue indefinitely. However, the contract ends:- when the maximum number of vehicles to be procured pursuant to the framework arrangement in accordance with Section 45, subsection 2 of the Special Fields Procurement Act is 600 vehicles in the contract period has come to an end - no later than when eight (8) years have passed since the contract entered into force.
