Elering AS (Elering) will build the L8003 and L8004 cable lines necessary to power the Vanasadama 110kV substation based on the preliminary project in the scope of the procurement. The construction is carried out by the "turnkey" method. Turnkey means that all equipment within the scope of the project is delivered together with the necessary design work, installed, set up, checked, etc. and finally handed over to the customer in energized form. The facilities are designed and built and handed over to the Customer in a finished form. All equipment supplied shall be the responsibility of the contractor also to install and put into operation. The work must be carried out in an environmentally safe manner. More detailed conditions of the procurement are provided in the basic documents of the public procurement.
