The technical department of the city of Ulivla is requesting an offer for a new (commissioned year 2026 or newer) closed-body four-wheel-drive van for emergency use. total price for the offered van including the required minimum equipment level. The offer must state what equipment the car contains. The price stated in any other way will not be taken into account. Billing, delivery, etc. surcharges will not be accepted. Payment terms Van can be invoiced when it is received with approval. The payment term is at least 21 net days from the date of the invoice. Late payment interest is in accordance with the Interest Act. Eligibility of the tenderer The tenderer must submit the statements required by § 5 of the Customer Liability Act The tender content The tender must contain at least the information required in this request for tender. An offer made in any other way will not be taken into account. The language of the tender must be Finnish. Procurement basis The procurement procedure is open procedure.
