THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.
In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for:
VALVE, SOLENOID P/N 639AS10758 QTY. 64
To AeroBase Group: 3555 Agricultural Center Dr. Saint Augustine, FL 32092
The procurement of the Valve, Solenoid component from AeroBase Group on a sole-source basis is essential to maintain the operational readiness of the Rate Table Test Station. The AeroBase Group component is the only validated direct replacement that seamlessly integrates with the existing system architecture and current station variants. Procuring this specific part is uniquely required to ensure immediate interoperability and continuity of testing operations without necessitating extensive system modification or redesign.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 10 AM PST 06/09/2026.
