The purpose of this amendment is to exend the due date and to increase the
the quantity of from 1 to 4.
1. CLIN 0001AB has been added for SHIP TO W25G1U for a Quantity of 2.
2. CLIN 0001AC has been added for SHIP TO R23152 for a Quantity of 1.
3. Due to the quantity increase the solicitation/amnedment is being conducted
utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures instead of Micro-Purchase
Procedures. Clauses for the Simplified Acquisiton Procedures have been added.
4. The Due Date is changed form 12/8/25 to 12/12/25.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
