Tender Details

The Valkeavuori school campus will be completed in the spring of 2025. The loose furniture coming to the campus is not part of the construction contract. A separate tender for bulk furniture will therefore be introduced into the system in spring 2024 (target).

Loose furniture (types and quantities) are already defined in the request for quotation and procurementwill be carried out through an open procedure.

Kaarina city's procurement services and cultural services will organize a market dialogue related to the procurement.

Interested suppliers will be given the opportunity to comment on the procurement orally and/or in writing. Oral 45 min long Teams eventsper supplier is held as follows:

- Thu 25.5. from 12 to 17

- Fri 26.5. at 9-12

This is not an advance announcement, a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but an announcement about the market dialogue to be organized regarding the procurement of loose furniture for the new Valkeavuori campus.

This information request asks for your interestinterested suppliers to register for the market dialogue event on 11.5. 2023 by 4 p.m. Registrations are made to the address hankinnat@kaarina.fi. When registering, you must state the names and email addresses of the participants. At the same time, the reporter can also suggest a desired dayand time

The final implementation date of the market dialogue will be confirmed by e-mail to registered participants by 16.05.2023. At the same time, the dialogue agenda will be announced.
