Development of measurement tool packages suitable for reliable and valid measurement and evaluation of non-formal and informal learning results (ability, knowledge, attitude, autonomy-responsibility competency elements). Validation for training purposes "The GINOP Within the framework of the priority project Plusz-5.2.1-23-2023-00001 "Measurement-evaluation, knowledge assessment and development of interoperability in vocational training", Bidder "The learning results acquired through non-formal and informal means (ability, knowledge, attitude, autonomy-responsibility competence elements) development of measuring instrument packages suitable for reliable and valid measurement and evaluation" as follows. The Bidder wishes to enter into an enterprise contract for the task to be procured. 1. "Measuring instrument package preparation of the "requirements" document When concluding the contract, the Procuring Entity shall hand over to the Bidder the draft of the "Measuring Instrument Requirements" guidance document, which contains detailed requirements for the performance of tasks, with particular regard to the sectors, to the list of professions and professional qualifications, as well as additional requirements. 2. Quality assurance of the process of making a measuring instrument package The Bidder prepares and presents a quality assurance plan to the Bidder, which summarizes what means and methods to ensure that the completed measuring instrument packages comply with the "Measuring instrument requirements" document.
