Introduction
This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal. 2. Purpose:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Information Technology is seeking information from industry regarding commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions to manage appeals and related requests. The purpose of this RFI is to identify vendors who can demonstrate potential COTS solutions for the requirements discussed in the attached requirements document in order to understand current market capabilities. This RFI supports a two-step process to gather information from industry. First the Government will hold virtual demonstrations and second, the vendors will provide written responses to questions.
