"V 00900 - delivery of a fire engine" The subject of the performance of this public order is the delivery of a firefighting vehicle, while all the details of the vehicle's technical specifications are given in Annex No. 1 of the purchase contract, which is an annex to this procurement documentation. If it is in the tender conditions, technical specifications, project documentation or bill of quantities, reference is made to certain suppliers, products or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, then in accordance with the provisions of § 89 paragraph 5 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, considers such a reference to be a specification of technical conditions, which would not be sufficiently precise and understandable without its use. For each such link, the client expressly states and admits the possibility offer another equivalent solution. The contracting authority expressly allows such a change in the technical design when it is not a change in the performance parameter or a binding technical parameter (e.g. volume), i.e. when there is no change in the approved TS of the car, but other components will be used, but they must be approved by HZS for the given use. A participant in a public contract can propose a qualitatively and technically similar solution with qualitatively the same or better parameters. All these deviations must be the supplier explicitly state in your offer.
