ICT supply and connectivity The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts. In accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 2 parts: 1)Part 1: Supply of furniture and equipment 2)Part 2: Supply of ICT a connectivity Currently, only part 2 is entered as part of the repeated procedure, i.e. in this procedure, therefore, the participant can submit an offer only for part 2. The subject of the performance of this order is the delivery of the expected performance within the project, which is supported from the Integrated of the regional operational program, Priority Improvement of the quality and availability of social and health services, educational infrastructure and development of cultural heritage, call No. 111, project name: Professional and community background for modern open education at elementary schools Jeseník, reg. project no. CZ.06.04.01/00/22_111/0001723 and also within the project Modernization of vocational classrooms B. Němcová, reg. project no.: CZ.06.05.01/00/22_048/0007985, also supported by the Integrated Regional Operational Program. Technical parameters of the requested performance are defined with the fact that the contracting authority allows their modification while maintaining the principle that qualitative parameters are set as minimum, dimensional and weight parameters as recommended, if nothing is specified for a specific parameter another, with the tolerance specified in the contract so that the filling can be installed in the place designated for this equipment.
