The subject of this public contract is construction work as part of the implementation of the "Revitalization of the Mlynsky ostrov" project in the cadastral territory of Bilovice nad Svitavou. It is a comprehensive modification of the public space including the implementation of new technical, transport and water management infrastructure, sports fields, residential zones, water and landscape elements, an amphitheater and extensive vegetation modifications.
The work shall be carried out in accordance with (a) the contract for the work of which binding textual content is attached to attachment No. 3 of this tender documentation, (b) project documentation prepared by the design office of P.P. Architects s.r.o., ID: 292 47 924, with registered office at Slovinska 29, 612 00 Brno and (c) a list of measurements, where documents ad (b) and (c) form Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation.
