UW Wittenwil - master builder GU The Wittenwil substation (UW) was put into operation in the early 1990s. The secondary technology and the auxiliary systems have reached the end of their technical lifespan and must be renewed. The outdoor switchgear is in good condition and does not require any adjustment. There is a high degree of integration with the systems of the previous operator Axpo. In order to maintain the safe operation of the system, various systems must be renewed. Swissgrid replaced therefore the secondary technology and the auxiliary systems and is building its own substation building (UWG) in order to achieve the greatest possible separation from the Axpo systems. This tender includes the work that is related to the Construction of the new substation building and its close area (approx. 5.00 m). An exception applies to factory management, surfacing and surrounding work. Roughly the following work needs to be carried out to create the new substation building: * Preparatory work (construction site setup, temporary arrangements, dismantling, dismantling, etc.) * Construction pit (excavation of construction pits, works pipes, etc.) * Shell 1 (builder's work, scaffolding, etc.) * Shell 2 (plumbing work, lightning protection, roofing work, etc.) * Electrical systems (including fire alarm systems, grounding, and cable trays and ducts (for all SAS, communication and personal use connections) * Heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems * Sanitary...
