The University of Amsterdam (UvA) intends to renovate the office floors of the Science Park 904 building. This building is part of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Science (FNWI).
Through this European tender, the UvA aims to do the following two assignments provide:
+ Plot 1: architectural work.
+ Plot 2: technical installations.
These two assignments include the majority of the necessary Architectural and installation -technical renovation work. An additional part of the work will, among other things door contractors from existing framework agreements. The contractor of parcel 1 (architectural works) will also play a coordinating role in the implementation of the renovation.
The office environment of the ASP904 building covers around 17, 000 m2. The total renovation takes place in phases in eight project phases Over a period of approximately 25 months, while the rest of the building remains in operation.
