The purpose of the request for information is to gather information and insight in order to plan the procurement and possible future the tender could be carried out in a way that is appropriate for the purpose. A dialogue will be held with each operator who has registered their interest in the market dialogue by Monday, February 9, 2026 using the Teams application or the Teollisuuskatu of the urban environment initiative at the office. Answering or not answering the market dialogue invitation does not prevent participation in a possible procurement procedure.
