Description : The City requires the Utility Master Plan to be updated. This will include the successful proponent: • To conduct an analysis and risk assessment of the design inputs, design factors, and review existing & future infrastructure used in the existing UMP to optimize the risk reward of future capital investments. • To confirm the existing water and servicing system status in comparison to the previous UMP study and provide recommendations for improvements and provide a framework for future servicing. • To develop an accurate dynamic / time based computerized model of wastewater collection system capable of undertaking analysis at an engineering level. The model must incorporate diurnal sewage generation curves and dynamic Inflow and Infiltration curves. Model must be available for the City-s long-term use and future updates. • To update the computerized model of the water distribution system capable of undertaking analysis at an engineering level. Model must be available for the City-s long-term use and future updates.
