This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number N0040626Q0395-0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for services to re-purpose five (5) existing Utility Floats to create an anchored small boat utilizing the SeaFlex Mooring System for Naval Station Everett. See updated Statement of Work attached for full requirement description.
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Offerors may submit their questions regarding clarification fo solicitation requirements to LCDR Ryan Storrusten by email at [email protected] no later than two (2) days prior to closing of the solicitation. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered.
