THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.



The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) Contracting Department hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm fixed service contract to General Dynamics Information Technology, 1545 CROSSWAYS BOULEVARD, SUITE C, CHESAPEAKE VA 23320 under FAR 13.106-1(b) with a delivery date of 12 September 2025.

This requirement is to overhaul deluge valves for the USS KIDD. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611, with a Business Standard of 1, 300 employees. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is J999 - Non-Nuclear Ship Repair.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 25 September, 2025 (09:00AM Pacific Time).
