NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Singapore has issued a competitive solicitation for the USNS CESAR CHAVEZ (T-AKE 14) Mid-Term Availability (MTA), with a period of performance from 15 Dec 2026 until 2 Feb 2027.
The place of performance shall be the contractor-s facility located in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR) with geographical restriction excluding performance in India.
The Government intends to award a single, hybrid contract that will include both Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and Time and Material (T&M) CLINs for growth work for the execution of the USNS CESAR CHAVEZ (T-AKE 14) MTA. The technical requirements for this availability are detailed within the work item package found in Section J, Attachment J-1.
