This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.102(a), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or before 26 May 2026. The RFQ number is N0018926QL289. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507 (effective 07 May 2026). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for the provision of 20 service units for 20 weeks (total of 400 weekly service units) to support services of Director of Innovation at the United States Naval Academy in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price contract with only one source, THE ARIEL BUSINESS GROUP INC, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
