The Contractor shall perform required disposal or thermal destruction of waste at approved incineration facilities as required by all Federal, State and local regulations including but not limited to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR).Bio-Medical Waste Removal and Disposal is the significant majority of the requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all approved containers except sharps containers which the USMCFP self-supplies and places in the red bag waste. Containers shall be red, reusable plastic tubs with lid, liners, and tape overall dimensions of tubs with lids not to exceed (24 x 24 x 24 inches). Removal shall be in approved containers and vehicles operated by licensed personnel as required by law. The Contractor will leave ample number of tubs and lids for exchange upon req Documents
