The subject of the order includes the performance of all necessary works and works related to the development of Lake Klukom in Choszczno for tourist and recreational purposes in the design and build system within the limits and to the extent specified by the PFU, opinions geotechnical, land development design and specification of contract terms (SWZ), including, among others: development of design documentation along with obtaining the consent of the competent authority to carry out the works (construction permit decision) and on all other administrative decisions, agreements on opinions necessary to complete the investment task based on applicable regulations. Scope of design work: Concept, 2 copies. Construction Design, 4 copies (Land Development Design, Design Architectural and Construction), Contractor's Design (Technical), 4 copies, SST, 4 copies, BIOZ Plan, 4 copies, Bill of Quantities, 4 copies, Investor's Cost Estimate, 4 copies, All the above design elements require the acceptance of the Ordering Party.
